Guests can expect to spend approximately 4.5 to 5 hours enjoying this unforgettable off-road adventure from start to finish. 

The experience includes transportation from our shop in St. Augustine to our private riding property, traveling through Palatka along the way.

Once there, you’ll enjoy an exciting 1.5-hour guided ATV ride, plus a 30-minute lunch break to relax and recharge before heading back.

We recommend arriving at Seaside Adventures 30 minutes prior to departure to allow time for check-in and to get comfortably settled into the van. 

Tours depart promptly at 9:00 AM and typically return around 2:00 PM, making this the perfect half-day adventure packed with adrenaline, fresh air, and unforgettable off-road excitement.

Our Off-Road ATV Tour is a premium half-day adventure, not a quick rental ride around a track. Your experience includes round-trip transportation from our St. Augustine location, access to thousands of acres of private land, a professionally guided trail ride in a powerful Polaris Ranger 1000, and all required safety equipment.

All guests will meet at our shop located at 606 N Ponce De Leon Blvd., St. Augustine, FL 32084. From there, you’ll hop aboard one of our spacious 15-passenger vans and enjoy a comfortable shuttle ride to our private off-road ATV property. The shuttle ride takes approximately 50 minutes, giving you time to relax and get excited for the adventure ahead.

During the ride, we’ll play an informational video covering important tour details, what to expect on the trails, and a full safety briefing. This ensures everyone arrives prepared, informed, and ready to ride as soon as we reach the property. 

We also offer free on-site parking during your tour, so you can leave your vehicle worry-free while on your adventure. 

Can we meet you at the ATV location?

Yes, however our ATV property is located on private, gated land, and guests cannot enter until our tour guide arrives and unlocks the gate. You are welcome to follow our shuttle or meet us at the location if you prefer to drive yourself. However, if you choose to do so, you will still be required to watch the same safety and informational briefing as the rest of the group before riding.

Please note there is no discount for guests who choose to drive themselves. 

Our tours depart on time and do not wait for late arrivals. Once the gate is locked, there is no entry and no refunds issued, so we strongly recommend arriving at our shop on time to avoid missing your adventure.

Drivers Ages 16+ 
    

To operate an ATV on our guided tour, drivers must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age of 16 years old to drive their own ATV

• Ability to safely control and operate the vehicle

• Attend and complete our mandatory safety and operational briefing

• Sign a liability waiver (participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign)

While a driver’s license is not required for operation on our private property, drivers must demonstrate the maturity and physical ability to safely handle the ATV. 

For safety reasons, anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to ride.

All riders must wear required safety gear provided by Seaside Adventures and follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

You’ll take the wheel of our Polaris Ranger 1000, a powerful and smooth-riding side-by-side built for both comfort and capability. 

With responsive steering, a stable ride, and plenty of power, it’s the perfect machine for exploring Florida’s natural terrain — whether you’re new to off-roading or already love the thrill of the trail.

Expect a fun mix of shaded woodland paths with twists and turns, along with open stretches where you can comfortably pick up the pace and feel the rush. 

Surrounded by expansive North Florida landscape and connected conservation areas, the setting offers wide-open skies, natural scenery, and the chance to spot local wildlife along the way.

For those who choose the Mud Splash Upgrade, designated splash zones and water crossings add an extra burst of excitement.

Our ATV tour is a fantastic family-friendly adventure, and we love seeing families ride together! 

Children ages 6 and up are welcome to join as passengers, making this an exciting experience parents and kids can share.

All youth riders must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who will sign a liability waiver on their behalf. 

For everyone’s safety, children must be able to sit securely, hold on properly, and wear all provided protective gear, including a helmet. 

Our experienced guides ensure each family member is properly fitted and comfortable before hitting the trails, so you can focus on making unforgettable memories together.

No, lunch is not included.

Yes, box lunches are available for purchase.

Lunch is not included with the tour, but we’ve made it easy for you to plan ahead. Guests may either purchase a boxed lunch in advance (typically including a sandwich, chips, and a drink) or bring their own picnic-style meal and snacks to enjoy during our scheduled lunch stop.

If you choose to pack your own food, please bring items that are easy to transport and do not require heating, as there are no warming facilities available onsite. We recommend packing food in a small personal cooler or insulated lunch bag if refrigeration is needed.

Your adventure with Seaside Adventures includes everything you need for an exciting and hassle-free experience. Guests receive complimentary parking at our Seaside location, along with round-trip shuttle transportation to and from our private riding property.

Each participant will ride a high-quality Polaris ATV and be led by an experienced professional tour guide throughout the adventure. We also provide all required safety equipment, so you can focus on enjoying the ride with confidence and peace of mind.

We bring the ATVs, the trails, and the adventure — but you’ll need to handle a couple of the extras! Lunch is not included, so feel free to pack your favorite picnic snacks or fuel up with a pre-ordered boxed lunch to keep your energy high for the ride. (Pro tip: trail riding works up an appetite!)

Gratuities for your guide are also not included. If they keep you safe, show you a great time, and maybe even snap that perfect muddy action photo, a tip is a great way to say thanks. Think of it as high-fives in dollar form.

Want to make your adventure even better? We offer a few optional upgrades to enhance your day on the trails. Guests can pre-purchase a boxed lunch to keep things easy and convenient, or rent a cooler stocked with drinks so you can stay refreshed throughout the experience.

Feeling adventurous? During select times of year, our Mud Splash Upgrade is available for guests who don’t mind getting a little extra dirty and want the full off-road experience. It’s messy, it’s wild, and it definitely makes for great photos! Availability for seasonal upgrades may vary.

We recommend coming prepared for an active, outdoor adventure! 

Guests should wear closed-toe shoes (required) and comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dusty or muddy. Depending on the season, lightweight long sleeves can help with sun and trail protection.

Be sure to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and bug spray, especially during warmer months. A valid photo ID is required for check-in, and you may want to bring a small backpack for personal items. If you’re adding the Mud Splash experience, a change of clothes and towel is always a smart idea!

Welcome to Florida—where the sunshine is plentiful, but so are the surprise downpours! One minute it’s blue skies, the next it’s a tropical shower.

We closely monitor the forecast and will reach out if rain looks likely to impact your ride. If we contact you with a weather concern, you'll have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

⚠️ However, if you choose to proceed despite our warning, no refund or credit will be issued if the rain affects your experience.

We’ll always do our best to work with you and suggest the ideal time to ride for the best experience possible.
